Blake Norwood, son of Keith and Kathryn Norwood, passed away from this horrible disease just recently... We went to support their cause to Melt Away SMA at TCBY and Yogurt Ur Weigh. They donated a portion of the proceeds to Blake's Journey!

Melt Away SMA
I've known TWO families in ONE year to LOSE their BABIES from the devastating disease of SMA. It breaks my heart to see my friends hurt. I'm so very proud of the Miller McNeil Woodruff Foundation and the Blake's Journey for raising money and creating awareness of this disease. They encourage every couple, who is planning to start a family, to have a simple blood test to see if they are carriers of this gene.
