Clayton Family Vacation 2012

Virginia and Alli went with our family on vacation this year!  We had a BLAST!!!  1st on the agenda, upon arrival, SWIM in the Hotel Pool!!

The game of the day was playing "keep away" with Trace's hat! :)

Accidental Matching

Every mom knows that "accidental matching" calls for pictures, right? LOL  Paige's outfit was made by my mom..and it was so precious on her...and then when Trace and Marci came out with the same colors on...PHOTO OP!! :)

8th Grade Graduation

Trace graduated 8th Grade from PGMS! It was held on a Friday morning...Pops and Nonnie and Pawpaw and Gradmom were able to attend...AND PAIGE!  Paige is at that prime age..."sitting still" and "being quiet" is not quite in her vocabulary yet; so at the beginning of the ceremony, I stepped out into the hall with her.  She was very happy, being able to roam around and babble at her own pleasure.  However...one of the faculty approached me and asked me to leave the hallway...so I missed the whole ceremony.  It upset me...I missed the whole thing ;( but I'm super glad that he had others there to support him!  He received a Presidential Award...and some others...but I missed them.  My Mother-in-Law got tons more pictures...thankfully!!

2nd Grade Award Ceremony

Marci thoroughly enjoyed her 2nd grade year at Pleasant Grove Elementary! She loved her friends and loved her teacher, Mrs. Kelley!  Next year she will be at Pleasant Grove Intermediate School…so she was “Big man on campus” this year. Jamie and I were glad we got to attend this award’s ceremony!

Mrs. Cindy McPherson is Maddie Radford’s grandmother.  We also know Mrs. Cindy from church.  Mrs. Cindy brought Maddie and Marci lunch each week on Wednesdays and boy did Marci look forward to it!  It was a special treat for Marci…Maddie…AND Cindy!

Tea Party to Tanning

I was instructed, early this morning, by Marci, to dress in my Sunday best for a tea party. I minded her...put on a dress, as did she...and was served with fruit and cheese its...and chips ;)

After that, she decided to wash dad's old hunting truck and then sunbathe. She desperately seeks a tan ;). Popsicles seemed to fit in perfectly to the scenario. This is Paige's 1st Popsicle...oh the stickiness ;)

100 degree day at the park

Soooo hot....even the squirrels were about to stroke out!! Lol. But the girls had fun!! Paige loved the ducks...and the baby ducks were a bonus to see!!

4th Festivities

Friends, Casey and Amy Lauterbach, invited us out for their neighborhood get together, again this year! It was complete with bounce house, glow sticks, sno cones, parade, music and amazing firework show!!! We had a blast!!

Family weekend

We went to Little Rock last night to see Christian comedian, Tim Hawkins. We YouTube him more than normal people would admit ;) we laugh hysterically at him!!! So I grabbed tickets ASAP when I saw he was coming to our area! It was a show that he was recording for the next DVD...so we just MAY be on his next DVD (doubtful but perhaps??) haha
We then went to Hot Springs to visit my brother, Trent and his wife Kyleigh and kids ;). I didn't get many pics bc we were swimming most of the time. But we had a blast!!! Mom made a cool 4th of July dessert and pops cooked some good ole ribs!!
